Sarah has experience working in private, public, and education settings. She uses a variety of therapy types, primarily cognitive behavioural therapy and mindfulness based therapies. Sarah aims to work collaboratively with clients to develop an individualised treatment plan to help them achieve their goals.
Sarah works with both adolescents and adults. She is particularly passionate about working with young people and their parents to assist with navigating the unique challenges that adolescence and young adulthood can bring. With a family of her own, Sarah understands the stress involved with parenting and family life.
