Bright Birds is a women’s ADHD community.
Our community includes the Bright Birds program which is a weekly online support community and facilitated skill building group for women with ADHD traits. Formal diagnosis is not necessary.
The program includes 9 weekly sessions of 1.5 hours which operate online on a weekday evening. It also includes ongoing access to a private Facebook community.
Discussions are facilitated by Joanna Bailey, a clinical psychologist who works with women with ADHD, is a mum and who has ADHD herself. Joanna is a member of the Australian ADHD Professionals Association.
