Josie is a warm and empathic psychologist. She integrates a variety of therapeutic modalities, including acceptance and commitment therapy and cognitive-behavioural therapy. With experience spanning across children, adolescents, and adults, she is dedicated to fostering authentic and collaborative relationships with clients to assist them in identifying goals and initiating meaningful change. Josie has a special interest in exploring and identifying a client’s neurotype and supporting them in navigating supports and accommodations, whilst learning to embrace their unique brain wiring.
