eMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

An EAP provides professional, confidential, voluntary counselling services to organisations. Organisations can choose to make EAP services available to staff (and family members if agreed upon) for a range of issues.

Bluebird Psychology has a particular interest in providing flexible EAP services to small – medium sized organisations. Psychological counselling is an opportunity for an employee to have a confidential conversation with an experienced clinician. It is a time to talk freely, to discuss strategies, develop skills and gain information and advice to improve well-being and life satisfaction.

The aim of the EAP is provision of emotional and psychological support to help assist with work-related or personal issues to maintain a healthy working environment.
